All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been processed and a confirmation email has been sent.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Veloria shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavour to provide an alternative solution.
Prices are quoted in Euros (€). Payment is accepted via major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. A 20% deposit option is available at the time of booking.
